Diploma in Food Production
Our Diploma in Food Production is designed to enhance students’ contemporary skills in food preparation and kitchen management through practical training and theoretical classroom learning. Over the course, participants will acquire all the crucial and necessary skills required to work in some of Kenya’s and the world’s finest dining establishments, in one of the most exciting and fastest growing global industries.

Upon completion of this programme, students will be able to:
1. Fully understand the commodities required for food production, their market forms, selection, storage, and use.
2. Explain the trends that will affect the F&B industry in the future.
3. Take on managerial responsibilities as they relate to food service functions including menu planning, purchasing, storage, preparation and recipe development.
4. Understand the difference between commercial and institutional food service facilities.
